Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, downloadable materials, recorded programs, and online courses are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Live Workshops & Consultations
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing:
- More than 7 days before the scheduled session: Eligible for a full refund (minus applicable transaction fees, if any).
- Within 7 days of the session: Refunds may not be available.
- Missed appointments without prior notice are generally non-refundable.
Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made in error, please contact us. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded promptly.
Cancellation by Cosmic Kriya
If a workshop or consultation is cancelled by us, you may choose either:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling to a future session.
